  • This is for athletes who want to compete with intention. Whether you’re a first-timer or returning to the stage, this is for anyone who wants a high-level plan, expert guidance and a coach who treats your prep like a priority. If you want to step on stage with confidence, this is for you.

  • No. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been on stage before, I’ll guide you through the entire process. From timelines and training to nutrition and presentation, everything is mapped out to make sure you feel prepared and confident.

  • Ideally 24 to 30 weeks out. This gives us time to build the foundation, set clear phases and avoid rushed cuts. The more time we have, the more precise and dialled in your prep will be.

  • You’ll check in weekly so I can review your progress, adjust your plan and keep things moving in the right direction. Outside of that, you’ll have direct access for any questions or support you need throughout the week.

  • Peak week is planned around your individual needs using the data we’ve tracked across prep. I’ll manage your training, nutrition, water and carbs to make sure you look your best on show day.

  • Post-show is just as important as prep. You’ll have a structured reverse plan to bring calories back up to maintenance, restore energy and support recovery. This helps you avoid a rebound and sets you up for your next build phase.

  • Yes. I’ll assess your physique and goals and guide you towards the division that best suits your strengths. You’ll know exactly what we’re aiming for and how to get there.
