  • This coaching is for people who are serious about getting results; whether that’s building muscle, getting stronger, leaning out, or improving performance. If you’re tired of guessing and want a structured plan, real accountability, and a coach who actually guides you, this is for you.

  • No. Everything is built specifically for you; your body, your goals and your lifestyle. I don’t do generic plans because they don’t work. You get a fully customized training and nutrition strategy that evolves as you progress.

  • Either works. If you have gym access, I’ll build your program around it. If you train at home, I’ll structure a program based on the equipment you have. The key is making it work for you, not the other way around.

  • That’s exactly why I don’t do generic meal plans. Whether you’re plant-based, have allergies or just prefer certain foods, I’ll structure your nutrition strategy around what works for you; while still making sure it’s effective for your goals.

  • You’ll have weekly check-ins where we track progress, adjust training or nutrition if needed and address any struggles. Outside of that, you have direct access to me for questions and support.

  • No problem. My job is to help you fit this into your life, not the other way around. Whether you have a demanding career, travel frequently, or have a packed schedule, I’ll make sure your plan is realistic, sustainable and built for consistency.
